Connecting your social platforms

How platform connections work

Postlore connects to each platform using that platform's official authorization flow. You never share your social media passwords with Postlore — you approve the connection directly on the platform.

Connecting a platform

1. Go to Platforms in your dashboard.
2. Click Connect next to the platform you want to add.
3. You'll be redirected to the platform's authorization page.
4. Approve the connection and you'll be returned to Postlore.

Supported platforms

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Telegram, Pinterest, Threads.

Token expiry

Some platforms issue tokens that expire. Postlore will notify you if a connection needs to be refreshed. Reconnect the platform if you see a publish failure with "token expired" in the error.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect a platform at any time from the Platforms page. Disconnecting will stop future posts from publishing to that platform but won't delete existing analytics.
