Connect your AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor)

Postlore runs an MCP server, the standard AI apps use to connect to tools. Once connected, your AI agent can check your content calendar, draft posts in your brand voice, score them against what has worked for you, and schedule or publish, if you allow it. It works on every plan, including Free, within your plan's usual limits.

claude.ai or ChatGPT

1. In claude.ai or ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector.
2. Paste https://api.postlore.com/mcp.
3. A Postlore page opens. Sign in, tick what the app may do and, if you like, limit it to one workspace. Publishing starts unticked.
4. Press Allow. Then ask something like "check my Postlore calendar for this week".

Claude Code, Cursor, or a script

In Claude Code, install the plugin with /plugin marketplace add https://postlore.com/claude/marketplace.json and then /plugin install postlore@postlore. For Cursor, VS Code or a script, create an API key in Settings → Agents and follow the setup shown there. Keys are shown once, so copy yours straight away.

What an agent can and can't do

• It acts as you, with your plan's limits, and only does what you ticked: read, draft, schedule, publish or manage Autopilot.
• Posts it schedules must be at least 15 minutes ahead unless you allowed publishing, and it can't approve posts.
• In a workspace that requires approval, a team member's agent sends posts for review instead of publishing.
• Posts it creates show an Agent badge in your calendar.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Agents and press Revoke on a key or Disconnect on a connected app. It stops working immediately.
